March 23, 2022 marks the 12th anniversary of the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). It was a cause for celebration at the time and is even more so now. Just ten years after the ACA was signed into law, America became engulfed in a global pandemic, the magnitude of which hadn’t been seen in a century. Yet, if the ACA hadn't come to pass, the COVID-19 crisis would be far worse.
