2022 Gratitude: a Message from the CEO

A message from our CEO, Rosemarie Day:

As we approach Thanksgiving and the close of 2022, want to share with you some gratitude reflections from myself and our team. This year, we are all grateful to live in a state that is embracing health equity and making great strides. Massachusetts took a big step forward to lead the nation by making health equity a major focus with substantial funding under the Medicaid 1115 waiver. This, paired with the work of the Health Equity Compact led by Black and brown leaders from across Massachusetts, inspires us and reminds me of how far we have come in this journey despite the work that remains.

My team and I are energized by our clients and the work we have done together this past year. From assisting State-Based Marketplaces in expanding access to affordable coverage to working with community health centers to shift to value-based care, we are grateful for being able to play a role in transforming the healthcare system to be more equitable, affordable, and accessible.
