Design Options: Includes the creation of a few different options for a strategic plan and initiatives. These options would be narrowed after iterating with leadership so that we can create the final strategic plan.

Delivery: Includes the delivery of a high-level three-year strategic plan and initial implementation roadmap (includes one round of revisions based on initial feedback).

Summary report with the analyses of our detailed organizational assessment and external review; key recommendations based on findings; and, 3-year strategic plan and high-level implementation roadmap.

The action plan consists of a series of capacity-building goals, objectives, and success measures (what the organization will achieve); as well as specific interventions/activities and an action plan to get there (how it will be achieved).
