The Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services has worked with Day Health Strategies on critical organizational- and program-related initiatives over the past few years. Most recently, the Day Health team conducted a comprehensive review of the State of Rhode Island Medicaid Program's Health System Transformation Project (HSTP). This included drafting a long-term strategic plan for the Accountable Entity (AE) Program and recommending program enhancements.
