CARLOS RODARTE
Carlos Rodarte is a mental health advocate and social entrepreneur who believes we can address structural inequities through nurturing human connections and adopting progressive business models.
He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Veriteos, working to reimagine community health and creating culturally responsive healthcare access models. He is also a founding partner at Colectivo Health, a Latine-founded health equity, civic engagement, and inclusive design firm that believes in redefining innovation through a culturally informed approach.
Before this, he held various founder and executive leadership roles at Health Catalyst, HealthRhythms, PatientsLikeMe, and Volar Health, and serves on various business advisory boards. Carlos began his career as a healthcare and management consultant in life sciences at Frankel Group, later acquired by Oliver Wyman.
