We have worked extensively with leaders to help them understand external challenges and internal capabilities, and to take the necessary steps to improve organizational, operational, financial and administrative effectiveness. For example, we developed a proprietary organizational effectiveness model (MOSAIC™), which we have successfully applied at several healthcare organizations, and have experience developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans, as well as balanced scorecards. In addition, we have helped several organizations and departments develop strategic, operational and financial plans and facilitated the creation of performance measurements, targets, and review processes.
